The activities are implemented with a number of core partners based on long-standing collaboration. The Universities’ Partnership for Water Cooperation and Diplomacy (UPWCD), formally established in 2019, is expected to develop into the major cooperation framework for research and education activities with Partners from the Global South and will ensure they are embedded in longer-term structures and synergies.
